Free Shipping

FREE GROUND SHIPPING on any order of $100 or more (standard UPS ground shipping). Orders totaling less than $100 will have shipping charges calculated in your cart and checkout. Need it sooner? 2nd Day and Next Day shipping are available for in-stock items on orders placed before 2pm EST. Expedited shipping rates are calculated in your cart and checkout. Have questions? Shipping to Canada

Faucet Farm will happily ship your order to Canada. Shipping to Canada is an additional $100 and will take 5-6 business days for delivery if all items are in stock. If you change your mind on any product of if the product is defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Shipment Tracking

At any time after your order is placed you can call Customer Service at 877-579-7969 to get complete information on your order.

You will receive an email notification with shipper and tracking information once your order is shipped. Most orders are normally shipped within 24-48 hours of the order being placed.

Rush Delivery

If available on your order, expedited shipping rates will show in your cart and checkout.

All in-stock, expedited orders placed before 2pm EST will normally be shipped out the same day. If, for some reason, an item will not leave our warehouse the same day, we will contact you with the current status and make alternate arrangements if needed.

If you would like to expedite your order after you have completed your order on our website. You can contact customer service to upgrade your shipping as long as your order has not shipped.

Delivery Time

If the item is in stock when the order is placed you should receive the order within 7-9 business days. It is important to understand that delivery times can vary. This is because we are dependent on outside delivery agents such as UPS who do not guarantee their delivery schedules.

Please do not schedule contractors until your products arrive. FaucetFarm.com will never be responsible for any time guarantees in shipping, and we cannot and will not be responsible for any inconvenience or any monetary loss, penalty, or extra charge incurred by our customers should any delivery take longer than anticipated. That being said, we strive to provide accurate lead times and timely updates should any lead time estimate change. We value our customers, appreciate their business, and will do everything in our power to serve you well.

Special Order, Custom Items & Multiple Quantity Orders

Special Order Items are defined as any item that you ask us to order, or items that show lead times greater than "usually ships in 1-2 business days".
Custom Items are defined as any item that was customizable (buyer selected specific item options) and manufactured for buyers specific use.
Multiple Quantity Orders are defined as any order containing a quantity of 10 or greater for any one model number.

We will immediately bill your card, and hold a full deposit for these item types (special order, custom & multiple quantity). Returns, Exchanges or Cancellation of these item types will carry a 25-50% restocking fee (only if item is deemed returnable by management). Not all items can be cancelled. Many these items once ordered are made special for you and the manufacturing company will not cancel your order. If your item was customizable (buyer selected specific item options) and manufactured for your specific use the item that item will carry a minimum 50% return fee.

In-Stock Item

Returns for in-stock items carry a 25% fee.
Exchanges for in-stock items carry a 15% fee.
Cancellation of in-stock items carry a 15% fee.

Items Not In Stock

If you order an item that is not in stock then we will contact you via email within 48 hours of the order being placed. The email will contain an estimated delivery date, and an explanation for the delay.

Backorder Policy

You will be alerted to product backorders or delivery delays via your order confirmation. This confirmation is emailed to you. On this confirmation you will find as estimated shipping date.

If any changes need to be made to your order you must contact FaucetFarm.com within 24 hours or before your order is billed for processing. After 24 hours or billing, Buyer shall have no right to order any change or cancel any order without FaucetFarm.com's prior written consent and payment to FaucetFarm.com for all charges and expenses incurred by FaucetFarm.com. Specially fabricated or custom ordered items may not be canceled or returned.

Sales Tax & Currency

We do not collect sales tax on any item purchased from FaucetFarm.com, except in the state of South Carolina. All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD).

Returns & Exchange Guidelines

All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days of delivery. Items under $20.00 are non-returnable.
Authorized returned in-stock products will incur a 25% restocking fee.
Exchanges of stock items will incur a 15% fee.
Exchanges of special order items are authorized on a case by case basis and fees will range between 25% - 50%. Exchange order $$ total must be of equal or greater value than items being returned. If exchange order is not immediately placed or returned items exceed $$ of exchange order, remaining refund due will be issued as Faucet Farm Gift Card. Gift card can then be applied to future replacement order.
Un-Authorized returns/refused orders will incur a 50% return fee. No portion of your original shipping charge is refundable. If you return an item that shipped with "Free Shipping" the amount Faucet Farm paid to ship the product to you will be deducted from your credit. Some products may be deemed non-returnable Please note: tankless water heaters cannot be returned once they are accepted by the buyer for delivery. If your tankless water heater appears to be damaged, DO NOT ACCEPT the package, and contact Faucet Farm’s customer support line at (877) 579-7969 In order for an item to be returned you must contact customer service and receive an authorized RMA.

Request to return after 30 days of delivery may be deemed non-returnable.

All returns must be insured, and are your property until received back into our warehouse, inspected, and approved for credit. Unauthorized Returns will be refused. All returns are subject to management approval. Any Factory Outlet/As-Is item purchased from our 511 1/2 King St. showroom location is non-returnable

Cancellations & Changes To Open Orders

Cancellations after notification of Processed Orders, and before the in-stock item or order ships, will incur a 15% canecellation fee.

Custom made pieces, and special order items (like most bath furniture and vanities) cannot be refunded once the order has processed. This is because FixtureFarm.com signs a contract with the manufacturer to custom make these items and they cannot be returned or cancelled.

Order Receiving / Product Inspections / Shipping Damage

Most items that are below 150 lbs. will be shipped UPS or FedEx (this is mainly for single porcelain orders, faucets, washlets, etc). Your order will be secured inside a box and packaged to where it should withstand any handling damage free. If your order falls with in this qualification then there will be no delivery appointment and the shipping company can leave without a signature.

Any order that is over 150 lbs. will be shipped via LTL trucking companies such as UPS Freight and FedEx Freight. Your orders will be secured on a pallet, shrink wrapped, bubble wrapped and banded. You will also be contacted with a phone call by the local trucking dispatch to set up a delivery window.

VERY IMPORTANT: RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS ARE VERY SIMPLE:

1. Do not sign for this shipment until you have thoroughly inspected inside and outside of each box for any damage. Shipper is not responsible for shipments that are not signed for as damaged upon arrival.

2. If an item is damaged, please refuse delivery of that particular item and accept delivery of the undamaged goods. For instance, if a tank is cracked and a bowl is in good condition, please refuse the tank with a note on the freight bill and accept the bowl. It is easier for us to ship you a tank instead of the entire order again. IN ANY CASE OF DAMAGE, PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE DAMAGE IS NOTED ON THE FREIGHT BILL AND ONLY THE DAMAGED ITEMS ARE REFUSED.

3. If the product is delivered without signature you must call 877-579-7969 within 48 hours of the product being received to report the damage.

4. Once the damaged product is handled as stated above, please contact Customer Service and we will ship out an in-stock replacement product the next day.

Please understand that less than 1% of our shipments are damaged, and we go to the greatest lengths to prevent any problems. However, if you do not follow the instructions above, FaucetFarm.com cannot warranty the damaged product.

Wrong Products Received

If you are shipped a different product than you ordered. Please contact us when you receive the product. We will provide an RGA number an instructions on how and where to ship the items back. We will pay for the freight back and ship the correct product freight free of charge.

Returned Credit

All credits are issued within five business of FaucetFarm.com receipt of the items returned. If you have any questions about the status of your return please contact our customer service department.

Defective Products

If the product you receive has manufacturing defects, Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product and we will replace the item. We will issue an RGA and give instructions to ship back. Products returned as defective which are found not to be defective are subject to a 25% handling charge. If the item is a non-returnable item, no credit will be issued for the return of the product. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges going back to the customer.
