At any time after your order is placed you can call Customer Service at (800) 628-2962 to get complete information on your order. You will receive an email notification with shipper and tracking information once your order is shipped. Most orders are normally shipped within 3 - 5 business days of the order being placed. Some products may take longer depending on the brand. We will update you within 24 hours with an accurate estimated delivery date once you have placed your order.
It is important to understand that delivery times can vary. If the item is in stock when the order is placed you should receive the order within 5 - 7 business days. Many items available on Faucet Farm are in stock in Europe and have lead times of 10 - 12 weeks. It is always best to email of call our friendly Customer Service for accurate lead times.
Please do not schedule contractors until your products arrive. Faucet Farm will never be responsible for any time guarantees in shipping, and we cannot and will not be responsible for any inconvenience or any monetary loss, penalty, or extra charge incurred by our customers should any delivery take longer than anticipated. That being said, we strive to provide accurate lead times and timely updates should any lead time estimate change. ORDER RECEIVING / PRODUCT INSPECTIONS / SHIPPING DAMAGE
If your order appears to be damaged, DO NOT ACCEPT the package, and contact the Faucet Farm Customer Support Line at (800)628-2962.
Do not sign for this shipment until you have thoroughly inspected inside and outside of each box for any damage. Shipper is not responsible for shipments that are not signed for as damaged upon arrival.
If an item is damaged, please refuse delivery of that particular item and accept delivery of the undamaged goods. For instance, if the toilet bowl is cracked and the tank is in good condition, please refuse the bowl with a note on the freight bill and accept the tank. It is easier for us to ship you a new bowl instead of the entire order again. IN ANY CASE OF DAMAGE, PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE DAMAGE IS NOTED ON THE FREIGHT BILL AND ONLY THE DAMAGED ITEMS ARE REFUSED.
If the product is delivered without signature you must call FaucetFarm.com (800)628-2962 within 48 hours of the product being received to report the damage.
Once the damaged product is handled as stated above, please contact Customer Service and we will ship out an in-stock replacement product the next day.
